Happy Tuesday! It’s almost fall, but I still have a few more summer Barcelona outfits to roll out! My friends and I planned out activities we wanted to do beforehand, and visiting the Cathedral and La Sagrada Familia were on the list. As we did our research on visiting hours and costs, we came across the fact that logically, there was a dress code for both churches. Basically, women had to have a certain amount of their legs and shoulders covered, as well as no plunging necklines. So things like maxi dresses, skirts, and pants with jackets/sweaters were the move.
I got this dress to wear for my trip to Brazil back in April/May, and didn’t end up wearing it there. So I knew it would be perfect to wear to visit the churches, paired with a denim jacket of course. I loved the cut, colors, and fit of this dress! I paired it with tan accessories to compliment the green palm leaf print.
I didn’t get any good pictures of the outside of the Cathedral, but it was beautiful! These pictures were taken in this sort of outdoor atrium part of the Cathedral. It was super hot, and since we weren’t inside of the temple, people could walk around that part without their shoulders being covered.
We decided not to go inside of La Sagrada Familia, because it was closing soon, and the price to get in was a little more than what we wanted to pay. But the outside alone was breathtaking!
