Friday Favorites

I’m back with my Friday Favorites! Two consecutive posts in a row, aww shoot! 🙂

First off, I’d like to start with none other than our fabulous First Lady!!! When I saw pictures of her at the Jane Ortner Education Award luncheon, I immediately thought “yassss” in mind! Her style is effortlessly classic, and I love this Philip Lim dress on her! I can’t completely tell from the pictures, but it appears that she accessorized with classic gold bangles and hoops….my favorite! Work it Mrs. O!

Secondly, we have one of my favorite actresses, Kate Hudson showing off her extra svelte physique in this strapless, black cutout gown by Michael Kors. She wore this to a screening of her movie, “Wish I Was Here”. I’m obsessed with cut-outs, so I’m in love with this dress. I also love her gold bangles and statement clutch. I think I would’ve preferred a pop of color on her lips and nails, but her dark lips and nails also work. And let me just mention that I feel like I need to see this movie because this is the last movie of James Avery’s (Uncle Phil) acting career, and because I think it will be cute to see Zach Braff and Donald Faison reunited on the screen (slight Scrubs fan, not by choice, lol).

Next up is Miranda Kerr at a Max Mara event, serving us up some nude, on nude, on nude, in this silk tank and silk pant combo by Sportmax. Lovvveesss. The red lip is the perfect compliment to her outfit, and her skin tone. Must recreate this look!

Second to last, is Jessica Alba at the ESPY’s! I think she looks pretty in this dress by Elie Saab, and shoes by Brian Atwood. She looks very well put together. I feel like there was something off about mostly all of the other attendee’s looks. No shade.

And last, but certainly not least…I had to do it…it’s my all-time favorite…Beyonce! I couldn’t resist the urge to include her this post. 🙂 Plus I needed a more casual look to round out the dressiness of the other photos! I’ve noticed that Beyonce, like myself, loves her rompers! And at $120, this cute one piece by Reuben Reul of DemstiksNewYork is surprisingly affordable, all things considered.

And I’m done…and ready for the weekend! Were any of these looks your fave?

Nice job, Kas!! This is sooo you–the ‘fasion Diva’!! Keep up the good work and since ‘Bey’s’ outfit is sooo affordable, can you cop it for me in a size medium?! Thanks!! 😉
