I’ve had these outfit pictures just sitting on my computer since it was spring, so I figured I might as well post them because they still could work for summer(especially because it’s been a little breezy here as of late).
I wore this first outfit for brunch back when it first started to warm up for spring. I bought this blazer and didn’t exactly love it, but now it’s a favorite. I think it has a vintage-y feel, and I wear it year-round. I paired it with this white bustier/camisole (that is the perfect little form-fitting undershirt), and these high-rise sky blue jeans. While these peep-toe booties were perfect for spring, I’m waiting until fall to pull them back out.

I wore this next outfit to a Personal Styling class with School of Style, and I meant business, of course! The recipe for the outfit was your standard business casual look (blazer, slacks, blouse), with a twist. When it comes to blazers, white is an equally classic alternative to your standard black one. And I loved the cut of this white blazer that I found at H&M. I’m currently loving tops that are cut like this black one, also from H&M (I have several, I’m slightly obsessed :-D). They’re perfect under blazers, or on their own. My “slacks” were these high-waisted harems/joggers, which I’m also slightly obsessed with because they’re so comfortable, yet stylish, and you can dress them up or down. With my blazer off, the top/pants combo had me feeling like I was wearing a jumpsuit. I finished off the look with my standard gold chains (double the chains this time….why not?!) and other gold accents, and my favorite pair of heels (you may or may not get tired of seeing these gems, I just love them so much).
So are you guys loving these scorching hot summer days, or are you already ready for fall?
