Remember when kimonos first came back in style? It was about four years ago, because I remember I just had to have one. Well, this season’s kimonos are like the more refined big sister of those other ones. They are longer, made with a little heavier material, and have a more sophisticated cut.  I had been eyeing kimono’s similar to the one that I’m wearing for a while now, so I was happy to see that SheIn had some cute ones that are very reasonably priced.

Fall is all about layers, and kimonos are the perfect layering piece that will take you from summer to falll! I chose to style my kimono in a dressy casual way with a ribbed tank top, ripped jeans, nude pumps, and a small orange chain purse. The possibilities for styling this kimono are endless though! You can pair one with almost any style of pants, dresses, shorts, and skirts.  I’m already plotting an all black look for the next time I wear this kimono.

SheIn has upped their game from when I first looked at their site. I’m in love with this kimono! I just have to have it now. Thanks for igniting my online shopping addiction. Lol. Loved how you styled this look. #BLMGirl

Kimonos are really cute. I can’t believe I haven’t purchased one. It would’ve worked out really well to wear one in Morocco. I love the colors in the ones suggested too.

I swear I just want to wear kimonos all fall and winter! My mom think they are bath robes but they are not one of my favorite fashion pieces right now.
