Happy Thursday!!! This summer has been flying by, and your girl is over here just trying to keep up! I have tons of blog posts for y’all to make up for lost time, though! 🙂 The first one is this pretty, knotted sheath dress that SheIn sent me to review.

If you know me, then you know I love wearing green! Especially khaki/army/olive green! I also love midi dresses, so I figured this would be the perfect dress for me. While I love the cut, color, and design of the dress, the fit was a little awkward for me. The top and bottom of it were very fitted, but the middle of it was a little big. I think that threw the knot design of it off, so it appeared more drapey in the waist area. I have a little confession…I smoothed out the extra drapey parts a little bit in pictures so that they would look better. You can still see what I’m referring to in the pictures, though. I went with the XS in this dress to fit my waist, but the Small may have worked as well. The material seems like a good, lightweight quality. If you want to get a better idea of how the dress fits without any smoothing, check it out on the model, here.
I kept my accessories minimal and neutral for a simple, chic look. I’d wear this look on a date, or to dinner with the girls.

I love the olive green color, the high low cut gives it a slight peek a boo look, great for a night on the town.
I would have never thought you didn’t like the fit, because it drapes around your body well. Great option.
